- No secrets just keep reading. Make time to read every day. He thinks listening to a podcast / audiobook isn’t as impactful but that hasn’t been my experience. Hearing how other people speak about what they have seen helps me think through my ideas. Being able to vocalize my thoughts means I’ve had to organize them.
